All good. Everything on our network is working.
Is it only your internet?
Please try this first. It takes about 15 minutes and it fixes most problems.
Do you have wireless or AirFibre?
That is the antenna on your roof.
- Check the power. If the lights are off in your house, the power is out and your internet stops with it. It comes back when the power does.
- Switch off the antenna on your roof and your router, at the plug. Leave both off for 10 minutes.
- Switch both on again and give it 2 minutes to connect.
Do you have fibre?
That is the small box where the fibre cable comes into your house (the ONT).
- Check the power. If the lights are off in your house, the power is out and your internet stops with it. It comes back when the power does.
- Switch off the ONT and your router, at the plug. Leave both off for 10 minutes.
- Switch both on again and give it at least 2 minutes to connect.
